Cost-effective and simple manure removal on solid floor surfaces!

Farmer Martin Seidl from the village of Raab in Austria built a new dairy cattle barn in 2020.

He thought long and hard about the best solution concerning manure removal for his barn with 30 dairy cows. Initially, Martin Seidl considered a suction robot, but in the end he decided on the new ENRO plus manure removal robot from SCHAUER, a decision he never came to regret.

“The ENRO plus for solid floor surfaces does a great job and saves a lot of money.”

The ENRO manure removal robot from Schauer for automatic manure removal on concrete slatted floors has proven its worth thanks to its advanced sensor technology, convenient operation and, above all, its low overall height. Now there is a further development, the ENRO plus for clearing flat surfaces for smaller and medium-sized dairy cattle pens at an incomparably favourable price.

The ENRO plus collects the slurry while moving and pushes it into the discharge chute. In order to clean an entire barn, including cross aisles, the route is planned so that the ENRO plus can empty itself repeatedly. This technical solution is considerably cheaper and more compact than that of comparable other suction or collection robots on the market. In addition, construction costs can be reduced due to simpler concrete work.

The ENRO plus for solid floor surfaces does a great job and saves a lot of money:

  • Cost-effective and simple manure removal on solid floor surfaces.
  • Lower construction costs, as only one level concrete slab is required
  • Automatic collection and pushing of slurry into the channel
  • Ideally suited for small to medium-sized dairy barns
  • Reliable and inexpensive
