The megatrend in animal husbandry, especially in cattle husbandry, is the renaissance of straw utilisation. Schauer Agrotronic is the world's leading supplier of automatic Strohmatic straw bedding systems with effective dust removal. A new web-enabled Strohmatic SDUX control system controls and connects all mechanical and pneumatic straw spreading systems and enables data storage and remote maintenance via the cloud. This is now also possible for the ENRO and FARO robots with the new Schauer Cloud IoT Box. The FARO feed pusher robot has been given a programme update that offers maximum flexibility and ease of use, as well as the ability to dispense the desired quantities of concentrated feed precisely according to the ration calculation. A particular highlight is the imminent market launch of the new ENRO Collect VC manure robot, which, with a height of just 52 cm, can pass under any barrier and, with a working width of 1.5 m, requires fewer trips to collect the manure from the walking areas. The intelligent and convenient PC route programming and advanced multi-sensor technology of the robot comes from the well-established ENRO slatted robot. The FeedoMix control system for the Feedo feed belt also improves flexibility and saves time with automatic filling at the touch of a button.

The Strohmatic SDUX control system now also improves the functionality and application options of the Strohmatic AIR ASD, which was awarded a silver medal at Eurotier 2022. Now up to 16 ASD circuits can be controlled automatically. The Strohmatic Air ASD is a hit for the top dressing of turkey and duck barns, as well as for cattle deep litter barns for the surface bedding of dedusted straw.

FARO dynamic 2.0 feed pusher robot - with innovations for more flexibility and even easier operation

The new FARO dynamic 2.0 software enables flexible feeding times and push-on intervals at the touch of a button as well as group-specific concentrate dosing. The required concentrate quantities can also be taken directly from the ration calculation for each group and dosed out. The consumption analysis is clearly displayed graphically and can be easily exported. To celebrate Schauer Agrotronic's 75th anniversary, we are giving you an extra € 750 incl. VAT per robot and a Makita construction site radio for orders placed by the end of December 2024.

ENRO Collect VC - the compact vacuum robot for flat lying areas in cattle barns

The impressive navigation and PC route planning of the ENRO manure robot will also be used in the new ENRO Collect VC vacuum robot which is launched at the beginning of 2025. The ENRO Collect VC impresses with its compact design with a height of just 52 cm and a working width of 1.5 metres. This allows it to slip skilfully under any barrier. The large working width reduces the number of journeys required for wide walkways and thus increases capacity. Integrated spray nozzles ensure that the walkway surface is moistened and an effective cleaning result is achieved. When emptying, spray nozzles clean the slurry tank and thus improve operational safety. Construction costs can be significantly reduced due to simpler concrete work.

Feedo feed belt and Feedo Mix control system from SCHAUER make it easy to mechanise all-day feeding at low cost and save space.

Feedo feed belt saves space and is therefore ideal for cost-effective conversions of tie stalls. And Feedo enables all-day feed presentation with minimum labour input. More performance and more time for you. The Feedo feed belt (60 - 210 cm) can be filled either with an indoor crane, or a stationary or mobile feed mixer. The radio remote control in addition to the new FEEDO-Mix control system enables convenient operation when filling the feed belt. Whether you want to feed once or several times a day, all you need to do is press a button. Treat yourself to more quality of life for less money.

Strohmatic Air ASD - SDUX Controller - Safe and functional with Schauer Cloud storage of status and system data

The Strohmatic Air ASD is a NEW DEVELOPMENT for the automatic and extensive distribution of chopped and dedusted straw in poultry and cattle barns and has been awarded the Eurotier Award in Silver in 2022. Strohmatic SDUX - a new web-enabled controller now also makes it possible to control and combine large systems with several Strohmatic systems. Strohmatic Air ASD significantly improves animal comfort and reduces the amount of work required for regular bedding in poultry barns (for turkeys and ducks) and increases occupational safety in cattle barns.

Highest functionality of the control system for optimal use of your Strohmatic bedding system

Predefined program sequences, even for several parallel systems in large barns, can be started with group or individual starts. With the new Strohmatic Air ASD systems, up to 16 circuits can be controlled. In combination with each other, as with classic systems with mechanical distribution, up to 8 circuits can be controlled. In addition, external motors can be controlled via configurable output assignments. Strohmatic SDUX: “straw-spreading” has never been as professional, safe, animal-friendly and resource-saving as it is now.

SchauerCloud - IoT Box

Accessible, reliable and secure – future-proof your operations with the SchauerCloud IoT Box. Machine statuses can be queried from all over the world. Alarms can be configured (push notification). Updates, log data and route changes can be transmitted. The ongoing data transmission ensures that data is backed up and can be retrieved again.

Autonomous robots are configured on site. The status of the robot indicated in the stable by visual recognition or by manual operation. The device provides the farmer with the status of his machines at any time, anywhere in the world. The farmer can receive targeted information by configuring notifications. Almost real-time notifications (push messages) give the operator the opportunity to react to situations in the stable as quickly as possible. If a route needs to be adjusted, this change can be easily implemented remotely thanks to the connection. Ongoing transmission of data enables immediate help in the event of problems. In an emergency, the robot's data can be queried from the cloud storage at any time Software updates can be easily transferred and installed. Long-term data storage enables future analysis tools to avoid early failures.

Until now, the stable operator had to check the status of the manure removal/feed pushing robot on site. Both the ENRO manure removal robot and the FARO feed pushing robot use a signal lamp to indicate the status of the programmed trips. The log data, which record the detailed technical status of all sensors during operation, could also be checked and analysed by reading a memory card. However, this required manual activity on the device and subsequent investigation on the PC. In summary, the following data and information about the manure removal or feed pushing robot was already available OFFLINE:

  • Status display: signal lamp or manual operation
  • Data transfer: copying the data from the mass storage device
  • Update: storing the update on the mass storage device

The data and technical statuses, including detailed information on the sensors of the ENRO manure removal robot or FARO feed pushing robot, are automatically loaded into the SchauerCloud IoT Box and are also available online for remote query at any time.. Timely alerts about problems enable a reduction of emissions and an increase in the yield of the feed pushing robot. The farmer has less work in the event of a malfunction. There is no need to go to the robot and use a PC to make the OFFLINE data available online. The customer service technician has ONLINE access to all data at any time and the farmer no longer needs to be present. The service team can also resolve service calls more quickly because the time-consuming provision of the required log data is no longer necessary. Any software updates or parameter changes can also be carried out directly on the end device via remote access.

With the SchauerCloud IoT Box, you can take remote maintenance of your Schauer feeding or straw bedding system to another level. Secure and connected in the Schauer Cloud_Service_Nework
